Very quick, but no less delicious lingonberry pie. Ideal as an addition to tea or milk.

Let's prepare the oil. It must be cut into cubes and melted until soft in the microwave, in a steam bath, or simply removed and left at room temperature beforehand.

Beat eggs with sugar in a separate bowl, add melted butter. Sift flour into the resulting mixture and mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps.

We wash and dry the lingonberries. Sprinkle with sugar and mix gently.

Grease the baking dish with butter and pour in the dough, leaving a small part for powder. We level the dough with a spoon and pour the berries on it, evenly distributing them over the surface.
