Pickled volnushki without sterilization

Volnushki are incredibly tasty and aromatic mushrooms. Many housewives consider them bitter, but this is not the case if they are cooked correctly! And there are almost no peers for pickled waves! It's just delicious!

We wash and clean the hairs, cut off their legs, for the recipe we only need mushroom caps. We soak the waves in salted water for 24 hours, during this time it will be necessary to change the water 2-3 times.

After that, we send the mushrooms to the stove, add to 3 tbsp. salt. When the water boils, cook the waves for 30 minutes. And we drain the water through a colander.

Prepare the marinade, for this we boil 1 liter. water, dissolve the remaining salt, sugar in it, add pepper, cloves of garlic, bay leaf and cloves. Cut the onion into half rings and send it into the water, also put the waves in it and cook for all 20 minutes.

We lay out the waves and onions in sterilized jars, fill them with ready-made marinade and roll them up. Leave the mushrooms to cool at room temperature.
