Even beginners in mushroom blanks can cope with a simple recipe for marinating volvushki. The appetizer turns out to be fragrant and pleasant to taste, it can complement many hot dishes.

We sort out the whites, clean them, rinse them thoroughly and boil them in hot salted water for 20 minutes. Then we discard the mushrooms in a colander.

Now let's prepare the marinade. Boil water, add salt, pepper, sugar and bay leaf to it.

Put the prepared mushrooms in the boiling marinade. Cook them for 15 minutes. When ready, pour in vinegar and remove from heat.
