Air manna on milk with apples in the oven

Adding apples to the manna is a great idea. They are juicy, sour and go well with crumbly sweet dough. The final texture and even the taste of the product depend on the shape and size of the apple pieces in the manna. Therefore, for maximum juiciness and airiness of the crumb, we suggest rubbing the apples on a coarse grater - so they are evenly distributed in the dough and give all their taste.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
Pour milk into a saucepan and heat until hot on the stove. Put butter in heated milk and leave to melt.
step 2 out of 4
In a separate bowl, mix eggs with granulated sugar until smooth. Pour warm milk and butter into the egg-sugar mixture and stir thoroughly with a whisk. The sugar crystals must completely dissolve. Pour semolina into the liquid mass, mix and leave at room temperature for one hour. After the specified time has elapsed, sift the flour over the semolina mass, add the baking powder and thoroughly mix the dough with a whisk. You should get a thick mass without lumps.
step 3 out of 4
We wash the apples, dry them and peel them. Cut out the seed pods. Rub the apple pulp on a coarse grater and squeeze out excess juice. Put the squeezed apple mass into the dough and mix gently.
step 4 out of 4
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. If a silicone mold is used, then there is no need to lubricate it. Put the prepared dough with apples in a mold. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees and put the dish with the dough into it to an average level. We bake for forty to forty five minutes. We take the finished manna out of the oven, let it cool slightly, then remove it from the mold and transfer it to a serving plate. Before serving, the manna must be completely cooled. This will make it easier to cut, and the cut itself will be neat. For decoration, you can sprinkle the manna with apples with powdered sugar.
