Ingredients
Cooking process
We wash the orange under running water, dry it with a towel and rub the orange zest on a fine grater, carefully removing only the orange part, and add it to the dough. Then we peel the orange, disassemble it into slices and clean it from the partitions. Put the orange pulp in a blender and grind. Break the eggs into a hotel bowl, add sugar and beat until fluffy with a mixer.
Add the egg mixture and chopped orange with juice to a bowl with swollen semolina, sift the flour and add baking powder. We knead all the ingredients well, the dough should resemble pancake dough in terms of thickness. We put parchment paper on the bottom of the split form, grease the sides of the form with a small amount of butter. We spread the dough in a mold, gently level the dough on top with a silicone spatula and set the manna to bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes. We check the readiness with a skewer, it should come out of the cake dry.
