For the preparation of manna, it is best to use hard, sweet varieties of apples. We wash them under running water and dry them with a towel. Then, with the help of a vegetable peeler, remove the peel from the apples, cut in half and clean from the stalk and seeds. Cut the apples into small pieces of any shape.
Cover the detachable baking dish with parchment paper, grease the sides of the mold with vegetable oil and put the dough into it.
