Making a delicate and airy apple pie is very simple and quick. This does not require something special - a standard list of products that everyone has at home and in the refrigerator. The dough is kneaded by hand and consists of several stages: swelling of semolina, adding the main ingredients, then fruit. Manna baking takes 30-40 minutes. As you can see for yourself - everything is easy and simple! In an hour, you will have a magnificent and aromatic pie with apples and a mind-blowing aroma of vanilla and cinnamon on your table.

In a deep bowl, mix sour cream, sugar and semolina, stir and leave for 15-20 minutes to swell the semolina. Then we break the egg and knead well with a whisk.

Next, sift flour and soda into a small container, mix and add portions to the dough, stirring occasionally so that there are no lumps.

For the preparation of manna, it is best to use hard, sweet varieties of apples. We wash them under running water and dry them with a towel. Then, with the help of a vegetable peeler, remove the peel from the apples, cut in half and clean from the stalk and seeds. Cut the apples into small pieces of any shape.

Put chopped apples into the dough, add cinnamon and vanilla. Mix all ingredients well.
