Sun-dried tomatoes are a very tasty and incredibly appetizing snack. With her, any dish will sparkle with new colors. Try this low-calorie tomato recipe without oil. Such a delicacy can be prepared for the winter and enjoy excellent taste.

We wash the tomatoes and cut them into halves. Next, take out the pulp with a teaspoon.

Peel the garlic, divide it into slices, and then chop or chop it under a press.

We cover the baking sheet with parchment and spread the halves of the tomatoes on them in rows. Sprinkle the tomatoes with basil, oregano, pepper mixture and chopped rosemary. We put a baking sheet in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. After that, reduce the temperature to 80 and slightly open the oven door. Sprinkle the tomatoes with garlic and simmer over low heat for another 10 hours.

Mix wine vinegar with salt and sprinkle sun-dried tomatoes with the mixture. We put them in sterilized jars and roll them up tightly.

Tip: Since we did not use oil during cooking, the tomatoes will dry out quickly. In this case, it is better to store them for 1-2 months, or soak them for a couple of minutes before serving.
