For lovers of Italian cuisine, I would like to suggest preparing a traditional Italian appetizer - sun-dried tomatoes with Provencal herbs. I often make such a preparation when there is nowhere to put the tomatoes, and then use it to prepare various baked goods, pizza is especially tasty.

Prepare the required ingredients for the flavorful sun-dried tomatoes. Select tomatoes that are strong and of approximately the same size (it is best to take small or medium-sized fruits). Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly under cold running water, dry, cut into 4 parts and use a teaspoon to remove the core.

Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with salt to taste.

Place the baking sheet with tomatoes in the cold oven. Set the temperature to 100 degrees and dry for about 8-10 hours with the door ajar. Wash the jars thoroughly and sterilize in the microwave or oven.

Peel the garlic and chop with a knife. At the bottom of sterile jars, spread a layer of cooled sun-dried tomatoes up to half the jar. Sprinkle with chopped garlic and Provencal herbs on top.
