Sun-dried tomatoes, due to their amazing taste, can be called a real delicacy that can be used both independently and as an ingredient for preparing various dishes of Italian cuisine. Sun-dried tomatoes can of course be purchased at the store. But many believe that their inflated price is not justified. Therefore, we suggest using the recipe presented to your attention and preparing this delicacy yourself.

Let's start preparing the tomatoes.

They must be thoroughly washed, cleaned of tails and stalks, then cut into circles.
