Delicious sun-dried tomatoes can be easily cooked at home in the airfryer. To do this, select fruits of medium size, fleshy, ripe, dense. Spices and herbs, as well as their quantity, can be chosen according to your own taste. In this recipe, we suggest using a win-win option - a ready-made mixture of Provencal herbs. You can store tomatoes after drying in a sealed jar in a dry place. Alternatively, you can pour olive oil in the same jar and put them in the refrigerator.

We choose the tomatoes for drying of approximately the same size so that during the procedure the fruits are cooked evenly. Rinse and dry the tomatoes thoroughly.

We cut each tomato lengthwise into pieces. Depending on the size of the selected fruit, cut into two or more pieces. Remove the trace from the stalk if desired.
