Rinse the tomatoes and put them on paper towels to dry. Now we cut each tomato into halves and clean the pulp out of it.

Finely chop the garlic with a knife.

Lubricate the baking sheet with vegetable oil. We spread the tomatoes, sprinkling them evenly with garlic, spices and salt.

We send the baking sheet to the heated oven and bake for 8 minutes. at a temperature of 180 degrees. After that, we reduce the temperature to 80 degrees, open the oven by 3 cm and dry the tomatoes for 5 hours.

We put the tomatoes in jars and fill with olive oil.

Tip: If you have a grill in your oven, this will simplify the cooking process. Initially place the tomatoes on the grill for 15 minutes, then dry as usual for only 3 hours.
