Apples and banana puree for the winter

An apple and a banana are a great combination. The mashed potatoes made from these fruits for the winter are much brighter in taste than just apple cider. Additionally, add pasteurized cream for tenderness. Children are happy to eat such a preparation.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Apples need to be well washed, dried, peeled off. We remove the seed pod. Then cut the apple pulp into small pieces and place in a cooking container. Pour in water and put it on the stove. Heat to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer apples with stirring for twenty to thirty minutes until soft.
step 2 out of 6
Punch the softened apples with an immersion blender until smooth.
step 3 out of 6
Add uncut bananas, cream and sugar to the resulting puree. Stir and simmer for five to seven minutes at a slow boil. Stir so as not to burn.
step 4 out of 6
We break through with a blender.
step 5 out of 6
Put the finished puree in clean, dry sterilized jars and put them in the microwave for about three minutes. The main thing is that the contents of the cans begin to boil.
step 6 out of 6
We twist the puree with clean dry sterile lids. Let the rolls cool down, and then put them in a cool dry place for storage.
Bon Appetit!
