A fragrant dessert made from seasonal dacha fruits without added sugar is a favorite among winter fruit preparations. Since you can eat it with spoons, without remorse, and do not worry about extra pounds at all. The composition contains only natural products, so mashed potatoes can be given even to the smallest children, as the first complementary food.

Initially, we will prepare and weigh the required amount of fruit. We wash them thoroughly and dry them with paper towels.

We clean the rafts from the core and seeds, leave the peel and randomly cut into small cubes. We put it in a dish with a thick bottom and an enamel coating to avoid burning.

Pour in 50 ml of purified water and put on the stove over medium heat.

After boiling, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook for 50-55 minutes until the fruits are completely softened.

Then we remove the soft fruits from the stove and interrupt with a submersible blender until a homogeneous consistency, it takes no more than 5 minutes.
