A fragrant apple delicacy is very easy to prepare for the winter. Jam based on apple slices turns out to be very light, transparent and rather thick. It is ideal for preparing a variety of desserts, baking fillings, waffles and pancakes. A real find for culinary masterpieces!

We wash the apples, cut them and remove the seeds. We cut them into slices up to 1 cm.Put them in layers in a saucepan, sprinkle each juice with granulated sugar, and leave it overnight so that the apples let the juice out.

Then we send the pan to the stove, bring the mass to a boil and then cook for another 5 minutes, while we do not interfere with the apples so that they do not fall apart. Remove the apple mass from the heat and leave to cool for 6-7 hours.

We again send the mass to the stove and cook after boiling for another 5 minutes. We leave the mass overnight and cook for another 15 minutes in the morning. We lay out the finished jam in sterilized jars and roll it up.
