We dare to assume that the reason for such popularity could be the versatility of the jam: it can be used not only as a filling for sweet pastries, but also as a worthy alternative to the butter that you spread on toast in the morning.

Wash the apples. Washed apples should be peeled and cored, then chopped randomly.

Next, we move the apples into a saucepan, fill them with water and send them to the fire. After whom, as the water boils, the apples must be boiled for fifteen minutes until they are completely soft.
