Apple jam with agar agar

This is incredibly tasty, thick and aromatic jam! Both adults and children are crazy about such a delicacy. And cooking it is quite simple, even a novice hostess can cope with it!

Peel the apples and cut them into small slices and cover them with sugar.

Top with juice of half a lemon. We leave the apples in this form overnight to let them juice.

Now we put the apples on the fire and, stirring occasionally, cook for half an hour over moderate heat. When the time is up, put a little jam in another pan, add agar-agar to it and put on fire for 2 minutes.

Then we mix this mass with the main one and cook for another 5 minutes.

We spread the jam on sterilized jars and roll it up. We turn the jars over to the lids and wait until they cool completely.
