Apple jam is an incredibly aromatic and tasty treat! It is best to use sweet and sour apple varieties for its preparation. So the jam will not be too cloying. And an appetizing sweetness for a tea party is ready!

Rinse the apples with water, cut them into slices and remove the seeds.

Transfer the apples to a saucepan, add water and bring to a boil, then continue to cook for 10-15 minutes until the apples are soft.
