Try this delicious delicacy of sweet apples and lemon with a thin skin. It will definitely cheer you up on cold winter evenings. Use it in tea bites or baked goods.

Wash the apples well, cut the core and cut the skin. Cut the fruit into cubes or small pieces. Transfer the crushed apples to a saucepan, pour water into them, add sugar and stir. Leave the fruit for 5 hours to juice.
