A simple recipe for applesauce for the winter. Both adults and children will like it. This puree can be served with pancakes, cereals, cheese cakes, and can be used as a quick snack for children.

Cooking process
As soon as the puree boils, remove it from the stove. We pack ready-made hot puree into clean and dry sterilized jars, close them with clean dry sterilized lids and seal them with a special key. We turn the cans upside down to check the tightness. We wrap it with a blanket and let it cool slowly, after which we put it in a cool dry place for storage.
