A simple recipe for applesauce for the winter. Both adults and children will like it. This puree can be served with pancakes, cereals, cheese cakes, and can be used as a quick snack for children.

We wash the apples well, dry them, cut off the peel. Cut out the seed box. Cut the apple pulp into small pieces.

Put prepared apples in a saucepan with a thick bottom, fill with water, put on the stove. Heat to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer apples, stirring, for about twenty minutes. Do not forget to stir.
