Applesauce with a blender for the winter

The first complementary food, sweetness for tea, dessert for those on a diet - all this can be attributed to the low-calorie apple puree, which I recommend making. Rolls made in this way are stored for about a year, and preparation does not take much time.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
The fruits for this recipe should be sweet and sour to taste, ripe, but not too soft. You can use damaged fruits, the main thing is to cut everything clean.
step 2 out of 8
We remove the skin, a vegetable peeler helps a lot in this.
step 3 out of 8
Chop the peeled apples at random and get rid of the core, seeds and stalks.
step 4 out of 8
Do not rush to throw away the peel that we have removed: it is perfectly stored in the freezer, and you can use it in making compotes and when brewing aromatic tea.
step 5 out of 8
We transfer the prepared ingredients to an enamel pan of a suitable size, pour in a little less than a glass of water and put on the stove, cook over low heat for about 25-30 minutes (it is advisable to cover the dishes with a lid).
step 6 out of 8
While our apples are stewing, it's time to prepare the jars - we sterilize them the way you like. You can do this in a microwave oven, in an oven, and even using a kettle.
step 7 out of 8
In half an hour, the fruit became soft and pliable. We interrupt them with an immersion blender until smooth and return to the fire. As soon as the mass starts to boil, turn it off immediately.
step 8 out of 8
Put the finished mashed potatoes in jars and roll them up. We store it in the cellar or basement. Bon Appetit!
