An excellent substitute for purchased apple puree, which is perfect for both the smallest and the adults. The sweetness can be easily adjusted by adding more or less granulated sugar. This recipe can be completely cooked to your liking and that is its beauty.

We sort out the fruits of apple trees, wash and remove all damaged areas.

Chop at random, be sure to remove the core along with all the seeds. You can do this in any way convenient for you.

Put the sliced ​​fruit in a bowl of a suitable size (pan or bowl), preferably with an enamel coating, so that the contents do not burn.

Add 700-800 milliliters of water and send it to the stove.

Boil the apples over low heat for about 30-40 minutes, depending on the variety, the cooking time depends.

We transfer the softened fruits to a juicer and transform them into puree.

We return the resulting mass to the pan, add granulated sugar and cinnamon, mix thoroughly and cook for about 15 minutes more, stirring constantly to completely dissolve the sugar.

Add lemon juice to the semi-finished puree, mix and cook for another 3-5 minutes. The goal has been achieved and our puree is ready.
