Applesauce for babies for the winter

Recipe for moms who want to make applesauce for babies with their own hands. We do not use sugar, so apples should be of ripe and sweet varieties.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Rinse the apples thoroughly, dry them, cut off the peel. We remove the seed pod. Cut the apple pulp into small pieces.
step 2 out of 7
Put prepared apples in a saucepan with a thick bottom, fill with water, put on the stove. Heat to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer the apples with stirring for twenty to thirty minutes until completely soft.
step 3 out of 7
While the apples are stewing, we sterilize the jars and lids.
step 4 out of 7
Punch stewed apples with an immersion blender. Bring the resulting puree to a boil and cook for two to three minutes.
step 5 out of 7
Put the finished mashed potatoes in jars, cover with sterile lids.
step 6 out of 7
We put the jars of mashed potatoes in a pot of water, at the bottom of which we cover a towel. Sterilize for fifteen to twenty minutes. Then we take out the cans and roll them up with lids using a special key.
step 7 out of 7
Let the rolls cool down, and then put them in a cool dry place for storage.
Bon Appetit!
