Antonovka apple puree with cream

Puree with cream is good for feeding babies as it turns out to be soft and tender. Also, depending on the fat content of the cream, you can make the puree more satisfying.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Rinse the apples under running water and check for dented and rotten barrels. If necessary, carefully cut out unsightly areas with a knife and cut the rest into small pieces of arbitrary shape, getting rid of the core with bones.
step 2 out of 5
Place apples in a saucepan, cover with sugar and add water. Put everything on medium heat and bring the liquid to a boil, stirring regularly. Reduce heat on the stove and cook the apples until they are completely softened.
step 3 out of 5
Grind the fruit into a smooth puree using a hand blender. If it is not there, then you can also use a sieve and grind the apples through it, but in this case it is better to initially cook them without the peel.
step 4 out of 5
Pour in the cream and stir until smooth.
step 5 out of 5
In pre-sterilized jars, spread the resulting puree and tightly close them with screw caps or roll them up under the key. Make the seams with the neck down, wrap up with a thick blanket and leave to cool completely.
Bon Appetit!
