Apple puree from Antonovka in a slow cooker for the winter

The multicooker saves time on cooking all sorts of dishes, as it eliminates the need to constantly supervise the cooking process.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Rinse the apples under running water, place them on a towel and let dry. You can peel off the rind if you like. Cut the fruits into random pieces and put them in the multicooker bowl.
step 2 out of 5
Pour water over the apples and start the Stew program on the device with a 1 hour timer. During this time, the apples will boil up and significantly decrease in volume, therefore, during the stewing process, you can add more fresh apples in small portions.
step 3 out of 5
After completing the set program, remove the bowl from the multicooker and use a hand blender to chop the apples until smooth.
step 4 out of 5
Put the bowl back into the unit and turn on the "Extinguishing" mode again. Bring the puree to a boil and turn off the multicooker almost immediately.
step 5 out of 5
Pre-sterilize the seaming jars and lids, place the puree in the containers and close them tightly. Arrange the jars upside down or fold on their side, wrap them with a blanket and leave to cool completely. Then, transfer the seaming to a dark and cool place for storage.
