Applesauce with banana for the winter

If ordinary applesauce seems too boring for you, add bananas and a little orange juice to it - the dessert will immediately sparkle in a different way. To keep the puree well, we wash and sterilize jars and lids for storage in any way possible.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Wash the apples, dry them, cut out the seed box and cut into small pieces. Punch raw apples with a blender until smooth.
step 2 out of 6
Peel the bananas. Squeeze the juice from the oranges, and puree the remaining pulp with a blender along with bananas.
step 3 out of 6
Put applesauce in a saucepan, add chopped bananas with oranges, water and orange juice. Add sugar, citric acid, put on the stove.
step 4 out of 6
Heat to a boil and simmer with stirring for twenty to twenty-five minutes over low heat.
step 5 out of 6
We periodically remove the foam.
step 6 out of 6
Pour the finished hot puree into clean and dry, pre-sterilized jars. We tighten with clean dry sterile lids. Let the workpiece cool down and put it in a cool dry place for storage.
Bon Appetit!
