Applesauce with cinnamon for the winter

Cinnamon gives applesauce a whole different mood. The puree becomes aromatic, characteristically spicy and takes on a different flavor. To cottage cheese, cheese cakes, dumplings, pancakes, sweet cereals - everywhere it will come in handy.

We wash the apples, dry them, cut out the seeds and cut the pulp into pieces. We put them in a saucepan.

Pour in water, close the lid, put on the stove. Heat to a boil, then simmer with stirring for twenty to twenty-five minutes until soft.

Punch the softened apples with an immersion blender until puree.
