Applesauce with condensed milk and cream for the winter

Delicate creamy puree from garden apples - immediately takes you back to childhood. Unfortunately, you can't buy anything like this in stores, but you can cook it yourself from the simplest products! Such preservation can be safely stored throughout the year, so I advise you to do more - it will fly away.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Rinse the fruits thoroughly under running water, remove the stalks and put them on a towel, allowing excess liquid to drain.
step 2 out of 7
We clean the apples from all the spoiled areas, we only need white juicy pulp.
step 3 out of 7
Without removing the skin or chopping, we transfer the fruits to a saucepan of a suitable size, add about a liter of filtered water and put on low heat. We continue cooking for about an hour, until softened.
step 4 out of 7
At this time, we prepare the container - we bake the jars in the oven or sterilize in a water bath. An hour later, the apples should be falling apart.
step 5 out of 7
Grind the soft mass through a sieve and put in an enamel bowl, cover with granulated sugar and bring to a boil over low heat.
step 6 out of 7
As soon as the first signs of boiling appear, add cream and condensed milk to add a creamy taste and aroma.
step 7 out of 7
Bring it to bubbles again and remove it from the stove. Pour hot into jars and roll up. Bon Appetit!
