Applesauce with condensed milk for the winter

Delicate mashed potatoes with a creamy taste and aroma from childhood. Absolutely everyone can cope with the cooking process, and the simplest and most affordable products are used.

Rinse the fruit thoroughly, peel and remove the core and seeds. Cut the prepared fruits into small pieces (to reduce the cooking time).

Put apples into a saucepan and pour in half a glass of filtered water, put on low heat and cook for about 20-25 minutes until soft.

Remove from the stove and interrupt with a hand blender or food processor to a puree consistency.

Pour granulated sugar into the resulting mass and bring to a boil at the minimum power of the stove.

As soon as the first signs of boiling begin to appear, add condensed milk, mix and cook for about 5-7 minutes more.

Pour hot mashed potatoes into previously sterilized jars and roll them up. If you are impatient to try, then cool and serve immediately.
