Apple juice through a meat grinder with pulp

Natural apple juice is a great homemade drink. Not all of us can boast of having a juicer, but you can do without it for juicing. Yes, you can make juice using a regular meat grinder! Of course, you have to tinker a little: prepare and mince the apples, then strain the resulting puree through a sieve, but as a result you will have an excellent drink that you and your family will enjoy drinking!

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
For the preparation of the juice, we will use juicy ripe green apples. We rinse them under running water and put them on a kitchen towel so that they dry from the water.
step 2 out of 4
Then we cut the apples in half lengthwise, remove the stalks and seeds. Cut the apples into small slices so that they fit into the opening of the meat grinder.
step 3 out of 4
We pass the apples through a meat grinder, if possible, installing a fine mesh so that the apples are crushed almost into puree. Strain the finished juice through a sieve to get rid of large pieces of apples, pour the juice into a saucepan, add sugar and mix. We put the juice on medium heat and heat it to 90-95 degrees, not letting it boil.
step 4 out of 4
Pour the finished juice into pre-sterilized jars, seal tightly with boiled lids and turn them upside down. Cover the juice cans with a terry towel or blanket and leave to cool completely at room temperature. Then we remove the juice for storage in a dark, cool place.
