We would like to offer you an excellent recipe for preparing delicious apple juice with pulp for the winter. To prepare it, we will use an electric juicer with a juice attachment. With it, you can make juice quickly and without hassle. The finished juice comes out with pulp, so if you wish, you can strain it through cheesecloth or a sieve.

Put the finished juice on fire and heat it to 90-95 degrees over low heat. During heating, a foam will form on the surface of the juice, which must be removed with a slotted spoon. When all the foam is collected, add sugar to the juice (its amount may vary depending on your preferences and the taste of apples), mix and heat the juice for 1-2 minutes, then remove it from the heat.
