Apple juice minced with juice attachment

Apples are delicious and very healthy fruits, of which there are often a lot during the season, and we begin to think about how to save them for the winter. We would like to offer you an excellent recipe for preparing delicious apple juice with pulp for the winter. To prepare it, we will use an electric juicer with a juice attachment. With it, you can make juice quickly and without hassle. The finished juice comes out with pulp, so if you wish, you can strain it through cheesecloth or a sieve.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
We wash hard juicy apples under running water, put them on a kitchen towel and let them dry from the water. Then cut the apples in half, remove the stem and core. Cut the apples into small slices so that they fit into the hole of the meat grinder.
step 2 out of 5
We pass the apples through a meat grinder. We get juice with pulp.
step 3 out of 5
Put the finished juice on fire and heat it to 90-95 degrees over low heat. During heating, a foam will form on the surface of the juice, which must be removed with a slotted spoon. When all the foam is collected, add sugar to the juice (its amount may vary depending on your preferences and the taste of apples), mix and heat the juice for 1-2 minutes, then remove it from the heat.
step 4 out of 5
We wash the juice cans with baking soda, rinse thoroughly with water and set them to sterilize over steam for 5-7 minutes. Then we remove the cans and let them cool down a little.
step 5 out of 5
Pour the finished juice into sterilized jars, tighten with boiled lids and turn the jars upside down. Cover the jars with a blanket and leave to cool completely at room temperature, then store the juice in a cool dark place.
