Apple juice through a meat grinder at home for the winter

Delicious aromatic apple juice for the winter - easy! To prepare it, we need juicy tasty apples, a small amount of cinnamon and nutmeg, and a little sugar. We will use a regular meat grinder to grind the apples. We pass the prepared apples through a meat grinder, carefully strain the juice through cheesecloth or a sieve, add spices to it and heat it to 90 degrees. The juice is completely ready to drink!

For the preparation of the juice, we have selected ripe hard apples. We rinse them under running water and put them on a kitchen towel so that they dry from the water.

Since we have purchased apples, we use a vegetable cutter to peel them off. Cut the apples in half, remove the stalks and seeds. We cut the apples into small pieces of any shape so that they fit easily into the hole of the meat grinder.

We pass the apples through a meat grinder. Strain the finished applesauce through cheesecloth folded in 4-6 layers. As a result, we get clear apple juice. Pour it into a saucepan and put it on fire. Add sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg to the juice, mix and heat to 90-95 degrees.

Pour hot aromatic juice into pre-sterilized jars, seal tightly with boiled lids and turn the jars upside down. We leave the juice at room temperature until it cools completely, after which we store it in a cool dark place.
