Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 3
Thoroughly rinse the jars into which we will store the juice. We also peel the apples, cut them and put them in prepared jars to the top. Next, boil water. Approximately three liters. Pour boiling water into the blanks. Leave to infuse for 6 hours.
step 2 out of 3
After a while, pour the juice into a saucepan. The apples will infuse well in a few hours and produce pulp. Add sugar to the juice and heat, then boil for a couple of minutes and remove from the stove. It is important that the dry ingredient has time to dissolve during this time.
step 3 out of 3
Pour the ready hot juice with pulp into clean sterilized jars, close the lids, let it cool slightly and send it for storage. Homemade drink for the winter is ready!
