Homemade apple juice outpaces any store juice. A drink made from fresh fruit with pulp will retain its properties for a long time, even if you decide to open it only in winter. The juice comes out fragrant and rich!

We choose ripe, but strong apples for making juice. Sour or sweet and sour varieties are best suited. We wash the fruits and cut them into arbitrary pieces. Remove the bones.

We start the juicer. Pour water into its lower part, heat it up. Put prepared apples in the fruit section. We substitute a container under the tube into which the juice will drain. We are waiting for the cooking process.

After the process is complete, pour the juice into a convenient saucepan, add the required amount of pulp that has gathered in the juicer here. We also add sugar. Stir the contents and put on fire. Bring to a boil and turn off.

We sterilize jars and lids. Pour hot apple juice with pulp into a bowl, close and let cool completely. Then the workpiece can be taken for storage in a cool room.
