Apple juice using a blender at home

Apple juice made with a blender is more like a smoothie because it contains a lot of pulp. At the beginning of cooking, we boil the apples and puree them, then prepare the syrup and then put them together. The result is a fairly thick drink with a lot of fiber. If desired, you can add a pinch of cinnamon to the juice, it goes well with apples and gives the juice an amazing aroma.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
We wash juicy ripe apples in running water, put them on a kitchen towel and let them dry a little from the water. If the apples are purchased, you need to peel them. If the apples are homemade and their peel is not too dense, we do not remove it. Cut the apples in half, remove the stems and core, cut the apples into small pieces. We put them in a saucepan with a thick bottom, fill with water and put on medium heat. Bring the water to a boil and boil the apples until soft for 15-20 minutes.
step 2 out of 4
Remove the saucepan with softened apples from the heat and use a submersible blender to puree the apples until smooth and set aside.
step 3 out of 4
Let's start preparing sugar syrup: pour sugar into a saucepan with a thick bottom, add water and put the pan on medium heat. While stirring, cook the mass until the sugar is completely dissolved.
step 4 out of 4
Put the applesauce in hot syrup, stir and bring to a boil. Boil for 3-5 minutes and remove from heat. Pour the ready-made apple juice into pre-sterilized jars, tighten them tightly with boiled lids and turn the tanks upside down. We check the tightness and leave the juice cans to cool completely at room temperature, after which we put the juice for storage in a dark, cool place.
