Have you tried making apple juice with a press? Today we will tell you about this method of juice preparation. The press is a small wooden barrel equipped with a jack or a screw on top. The prepared fruits are placed in a basket covered with a cloth and juice is released under the mechanical action of a jack. If the apples are juicy, then you can get up to 5-7 liters of juice from one bookmark. In the cooking process, we do not use sugar, but if you wish, you can add sugar during the heat treatment of the finished juice, the amount of which you determine to your taste.

For the preparation of the juice, we select only good quality ripe apples. If the apples were picked under the apple tree, they must be carefully sorted so that spoiled fruits do not get into the juice - they can spoil the taste of the juice and disrupt the storage of the workpiece.
