Barley porridge with milk in a multicooker Polaris

Milk porridge cooked in a saucepan does not always please with its taste, but cooked in a slow cooker turns out to be really tasty and rich. This dish can be supplemented with nuts or berries.

First, prepare the Polaris multicooker for work. Then measure out the right amount of food for the porridge.

Rinse the barley several times by pouring it into a bowl or in a colander under running water.

Transfer the washed cereal to the multicooker bowl and distribute evenly over the bottom. Then pour the required amount of water and milk into the cereal.

Then pour a pinch of salt into the porridge and add sugar to your liking.

Close the lid of the multicooker and do not open it until the end of cooking. Install the Milk Porridge program. The default time will be 25–35 minutes depending on the model of the device.

After the signal about the end of the program, open the lid of the multicooker, put a piece of butter in the porridge and stir the porridge with a spatula. Then close the lid and leave the porridge in the bowl for 5 minutes to infuse.
