Barley porridge with meat in a slow cooker will be your quick and hearty dinner or lunch. You can take any meat, fillet is better. Barley grits are cooked quickly, therefore, first on the "Fry" program, meat and vegetables are cooked, and then grits are added. Different vegetables are added: carrots, onions, tomatoes, eggplant, and sweet peppers, and hot peppers will be appreciated by lovers of spicy taste.

Peel and chop the onion and carrots into thin half rings.

Peel the tomatoes by pouring boiling water over them. Remove the stalk and the baffled seeds from the pepper. Chop the tomatoes and peppers into sticks.
