In this recipe, you are invited to cook barley porridge with onion frying in a multicooker-pressure cooker. The dish is both dietary and lean.

First, prepare all the ingredients for barley porridge.

For frying, peel the onion and chop into small pieces.

Pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil into the bowl of the appliance, transfer the chopped onion and fry it on the Baking program until golden brown.
