Amber jam from pears with lemon wedges

Adding lemon to pear jam makes it not as sweet as without it. In addition, a pleasant citrus aroma and an even richer amber color appear.

Scald the lemon in boiling water, then cut it into thin slices. Do not forget to carefully remove all the bones. Separately heat sugar and water in a saucepan, after boiling, add citrus circles to them. We keep on fire for another 1-2 minutes. Turn off.

We wash the pears, then peel them, cut and take out the core.

Next, cut the halves of the peeled pears into slices, which we send to the syrup with lemon. We insist 4-5 hours.
