Yogurt cheesecake without baking

Desserts made with yoghurt are very popular in the summer when you want something fresh and chilled. They also come out very light, try yogurt cheesecake, for example.

Mash shortbread cookies into small crumbs, add melted butter to it, mix. Take a split baking dish. Put the resulting mass of crumbs in an even dense layer on the bottom of the mold, put the mold in the refrigerator.

Soak gelatin in water. Mix yogurt with powdered sugar. Whisk the cream until soft peaks form.

Heat the swollen gelatin in a water bath and stir until dissolved, add it in a thin stream to the yogurt, stir, then add the whipped cream. Pour the resulting mass onto the previously prepared biscuit cake.

Remove the form with the workpiece in the refrigerator until it solidifies completely. You can garnish the frozen cheesecake with fresh fruit and whipped cream.
