Yoghurt cream without cake cream

Delicate, souffle cream is made on the basis of yoghurt and gelatin. It is quite low in calories and not as fatty as cream or condensed milk. Very light, airy mass, soaks the cakes well and makes the dessert truly delicious!

Boil the water and let it cool slightly so that it is about 30-40 degrees. Pour gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.

Mix yogurt with granulated sugar and beat in a deep bowl until fluffy, thick.

Add gelatin to the yogurt and continue beating until the cream becomes homogeneous. Let it cool in the refrigerator for 1-1.5 hours. The cream is intended for pouring the cake.

Tip: The cream will be even tastier if you add a few tablespoons of jam, honey, crushed nuts or flavoring to it. It can also be served as a standalone dessert by mixing it with berries or fruits.
