Yogurt 100 g Cream 30% or Cream 33% 100 g Edible gelatin 3 - 5 gr. Water 25 ml Powdered sugar 80 gr. Lemon juice 0.5 tsp

Cooking process

Pour gelatin with cold water and leave for 20-10 minutes. to swell. Then put the gelatin on low heat and heat until completely dissolved. We cool the mixture.
