Light, dietary cream of yoghurt and gelatin has a delicate souffle texture. It fits perfectly on the cakes, we soak them well and makes the dessert incredibly tasty. A real pleasure!

Pour gelatin with water and leave it to infuse for 20 minutes so that it swells. Then we put it on fire and let it dissolve completely. Let the gelatin cool to 40 degrees.

Beat the yogurt with a mixer at high speed. We add fruit syrup or jam to it, as well as gelatin. Beat again.

We coat the cake with cream and put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to freeze the cream.
