I propose to cook an incredibly tasty and bright dish that can be prepared not only for lunch or dinner, but also served as a hot dish for a festive feast. Minced hedgehogs with rice and potatoes, cooked in the oven, turn out to be unusually juicy and tender.

Cut the potatoes into wedges. Combine tomato sauce with sour cream. Pour half of the resulting sauce over the prepared potatoes and mix well. Rinse the rice under cold water, place in a saucepan and cover with water. Place on medium heat. Bring to a boil, season with salt, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, then drain in a colander and rinse with cold water.
Put the bun in a bowl and cover with milk. Put the minced meat in a deep container, squeeze the bun and put it with the minced meat. Add boiled rice, chicken egg, chopped onions, garlic, salt and add black pepper to taste. Mix well. Roll hedgehogs of the same size out of the cooked minced meat, wetting your hands in cold water.
Cover the baking sheet with foil, place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. 5 minutes before cooking, remove the baking sheet from the oven, remove the foil and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place in the oven again. Remove the prepared minced hedgehogs with rice and potatoes from the oven and serve in portions.
