I propose to cook incredibly tasty, juicy and tender minced hedgehogs with rice in tomato sauce in a pan. This hearty dish is perfect for lunch, dinner and even a family feast. Fragrant hedgehogs are served as a separate dish, or complemented with a side dish. It goes well with fresh vegetables.
