If you want to prepare a quick and easy snack for unexpected guests, use my favorite recipe, which often helps me out in difficult situations. Lavash snack cake flies off the table instantly, all guests are always pleasantly impressed.

Boil the required amount of chicken eggs in salted water. Then cool them in cold water and peel them. Grate the peeled chicken eggs on a coarse grater.

Use a can opener to open a can of sprats or any other canned fish. Put it in a bowl and mash it well with a fork. Rinse green onions thoroughly in cool running water, and then shake off excess moisture. Chop the prepared greens with a sharp knife and add to the chopped sprats.

Repeat layers until you run out of ingredients. Thoroughly brush the top sheet of pita bread and sides of the cake with the remaining mayonnaise. Rinse the dill thoroughly in cool running water, and then shake off excess moisture. Chop the prepared herbs with a sharp knife and sprinkle on the top layer of the snack cake.

Place the finished snack cake in the refrigerator for soaking for at least 20-30 minutes, and then serve. Such a cake can also be made from rectangular pita bread.
