Lavash snack cake with mushrooms

I highly recommend making a pita bread snack cake with mushrooms. The appetizer turns out to be juicy and tender, one might say, melts in the mouth. Such a snack cake will decorate any festive celebration or family feast. Cook and your loved ones will be delighted.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Peel the onions, rinse under water, cut into strips. Heat the pan well over moderate heat, add a little vegetable oil, put onions and fry until soft, then add the frozen mushrooms and cook under the lid until the liquid has completely evaporated. Season with salt and pepper.
step 2 out of 7
Remove the mushrooms from heat, cool completely, and then mince or grind with a blender.
step 3 out of 7
Cut each sheet of thin pita bread into 4 rectangular pieces. Cover the baking sheet with foil and lay out the first sheet of pita bread. Then spread out the mushroom filling. Alternating with the stuffed pita bread, collect the whole cake.
step 4 out of 7
Cover with the last sheet of pita bread, brush the top and sides of the cake with the required amount of sour cream, evenly distributing it.
step 5 out of 7
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle the top of the cake evenly.
step 6 out of 7
Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake the cake for about 7-10 minutes. Then, carefully so as not to burn yourself, remove the baking sheet from the oven and cool the snack a little. Divide the cake into portions.
step 7 out of 7
Transfer the pita bread snack cake with mushrooms to a serving platter, garnish with chopped fresh herbs, and then serve.

Bon Appetit!
