Cabbage filling for jellied pies is usually pre-stewed or fried, due to which it turns out to be very soft in finished baked goods. In this recipe, we propose to form a pie from raw cabbage and bake everything together. But we will fry the minced meat before adding it to the filling - it's safer this way. As a result, the filling in the pie will have a more pronounced structure, the cabbage pieces will feel denser and juicier. Someone will like this option more.

Cooking process
Separately cut the peeled onion into thin quarter rings, finely chop the dill and green onion feathers with a knife. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil on the stove in a frying pan and fry the minced meat in it for five to seven minutes. At the end of frying, add salt and black pepper to the meat, mix and remove from the stove.
