A huge variety of recipes for jellied pies have been invented - with different types of dough and with different fillings. Always a good option - mayonnaise dough and cabbage filler. It is also good solo, and with minced meat it becomes even more satisfying and tasty. With all this, the preparation of such a cake is not at all troublesome. This is exactly the case when the result is more than justifying the effort expended.

We prepare minced meat for the filling. In terms of composition, it can be any, according to your taste. It is advisable that the minced meat does not contain a lot of fat so that the finished cake does not turn out to be too heavy. Place the minced meat in a bowl and add chopped onions to it. Also add salt and black pepper.

Heat a small amount of vegetable oil on the stove in a frying pan and put the prepared minced meat in it. Fry it for five to seven minutes. The meat mass should completely change color and begin to brown slightly. Remove from the stove and let cool slightly.

In a separate frying pan, fry the chopped white cabbage, adding a little vegetable oil. The vegetable mass should become soft. At the end of cooking, add some salt to the cabbage, mix and remove from the stove.

To prepare the dough in a bowl, first mix the liquid components with a whisk: eggs and mayonnaise. Then add salt, baking powder and sown flour, mix well.

Grease the cake pan with a thin layer of vegetable oil or cover it with oiled parchment - then it will be easier to remove the finished cake after baking. Pour out half of the dough, align it to the area of ​​the mold.
