Knead the dough for cabbage pie with mayonnaise. Its consistency turns out to be quite liquid, which is why the pie is called aspic. At the same time, the crumb of the finished cake turns out to be airy and tender. Pre-stew cabbage for the filling with onions and carrots - the taste of baked goods from such a combination becomes more multifaceted and rich. For flavor, we also put greens.

Then add the chopped cabbage. We close the pan with a lid so that the mass settles more quickly and it is more convenient to mix it. When the volume of cabbage decreases, open the lid, stir and simmer the vegetable mixture for about fifteen to twenty minutes. The cabbage should be soft. At the end of cooking, salt the vegetables.
If necessary, spread the dough with the back of a spoon so that there are no open areas of cabbage. We put the cake pan in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake for thirty forty to forty five minutes. The dough does not increase in volume, but it is very nicely covered with an appetizing golden brown crust.
